TimeSheetPro Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Timesheet Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a timesheet tracking and invoice generation app for iOS. This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices you have.

The short version: your timesheets, invoices, clients, and business details stay on your device. We do not require an account, we do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

2. Data stored on your device

Everything you create in Timesheet Pro — timesheet entries, invoices, client and business details, hourly rates, templates, and settings — is stored locally on your device in the app’s private storage. We have no server that receives this data and no ability to access it.

• Backups and exports (PDF, CSV, backup files) are created only when you choose to export them, and are saved or shared to the destination you pick. Once exported, that copy is under your control.
• Local recovery snapshots are kept on-device to protect against data corruption and never leave your device.
• Deleting the app deletes all locally stored data.

3. Data we collect

We collect two narrow categories of data, neither of which is linked to your identity and neither of which is used for tracking:

3.1 Crash reports (Sentry)

If the app crashes or encounters an error, a crash report is sent to Sentry (sentry.io), our crash reporting provider. Reports contain technical details such as device model, OS version, app version, and the state of the code at the time of the crash. They do not include your timesheet or invoice content, your name, or contact details, and we have configured Sentry not to collect IP-based personal identifiers, screenshots, or session recordings.

3.2 Anonymous usage analytics (TelemetryDeck)

We use TelemetryDeck (telemetrydeck.com), a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which features are used — for example, how often invoices are generated. Signals are anonymized by TelemetryDeck before storage, cannot be traced back to you, and contain no timesheet or invoice content. TelemetryDeck does not use cookies or track you across apps.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising SDKs, or any cross-app tracking. The app displays no ads.

4. Purchases

The optional Pro Invoice Pack is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy governs the transaction.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to us or any third party.

6. Your choices

• You can decline or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings at any time; the app remains fully functional.
• You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app.
• Crash reporting and analytics contain no personal identifiers, so there is no personal data for us to look up, correct, or delete on request — we simply never have it.

7. Children’s privacy

Timesheet Pro is a business utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
